The duration of the trip may be adjusted based on the accommodation area and actual traffic conditions.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than a day in advance or if the participant does not attend the trip.
Participants must be between 7 and 65 years old.
This activity is not suitable for individuals with high blood pressure, epilepsy, heart disease, or other serious medical conditions, as well as pregnant women and people with disabilities.
Recommended items to bring: Extra clothing, sunscreen, swimwear, camera, and a tote bag for wet clothes.

Free Cancellation: Cancellation made more than 3 days before the tour date will receive a full refund, excluding any non-refundable payment processing or third-party fees.
Cancellation 2–3 Days Before: Cancellation made 2–3 days before the tour date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
Cancellation Within 24 Hours: Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee, and no refund will be provided.
No-Show: If guests fail to arrive at the designated pick-up point or are unavailable at the agreed pick-up time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Late Arrival: Late arrival or delays caused by guests that result in missed activities or changes to the itinerary are non-refundable and may be subject to additional charges.
Weather or Force Majeure: In the event of severe weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control that make the tour unsafe or impossible to operate, we may offer rescheduling or an alternative arrangement, subject to availability and applicable supplier policies.
Changes to Booking: Requests to change the tour date, number of guests, or itinerary are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Changes should be requested as early as possible.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed according to the original payment method. The processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
