- The duration of the trip may be adjusted based on the accommodation area and actual traffic conditions.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than three days in advance or if the participant does not attend the trip.
- Participants must be between 7 and 65 years old.
- Recommended items to bring: Extra clothing, sunscreen, bathing suits, cameras, and a tote bag for wet clothing.
- Pick-up areas include: Kuta, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, and Sanur.

Booking protection and policy
- Cancellation made 7 days or more before the tour date: Full refund.
- Cancellation made 3–6 days before the tour date: 50% cancellation fee; the remaining balance will be refunded.
- Cancellation made less than 3 days before the tour date or in case of no-show: No refund.
- Changes to the tour date are subject to availability and must be requested at least 3 days before the original tour date.
- In case of cancellation or schedule changes caused by severe weather conditions, sea conditions, port authority regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control, we may offer an alternative date or other suitable arrangement.
- Any refund is subject to applicable bank, payment gateway, or administrative fees.
